The Mason Development Center of Northern California is currently under construction.
Construction is expected to be complete this Summer, with classes beginning in October 2010.

BAC Local 3 JATEC has worked toward establishing a training center since 1998.
Their efforts have now come to fruition with a Groundbreaking Ceremony on November 6, 2009.
